Remembering September 11

The following is the blog post I wrote on a long-defunct weblog from September 11, 2001. I repost today, ten years later, in honor of those who died, those who served, and as I do, I pray for this country and look back at how it has changed since that day, for better and for worse.

Je vous salue, Marie, pleine de grâces, le Seigneur est avec vous, vous êtes bénie entre toutes les femmes, et Jésus le fruit de vos entrailles est béni. Sainte Marie, Mère de Dieu, priez pour nous pauvres pécheurs, maintenant, et à l'heure de notre mort. Ainsi-soit-il.
